What Information Do We Collect?

When you call or fill out a quote form, we collect the details you give us so a local window contractor can help you:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your street address or ZIP code
• The number and type of windows and the work you need
• A recording of your call, if you call our number (calls may be recorded)
• Basic website data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location from cookies and similar tools

How Is Your Information Sold or Shared?

PaneRight LA is an advertising and referral service, not a contractor. We pass your request to independent local window contractors so they can contact you and quote your job, and those contractors may pay us for the referral. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), giving your information to a business that pays us can count as a “sale.” Using cookies or ad tools that track you across websites for advertising can count as “sharing.”

We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.

Your Right to Opt Out

You can ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information at any time. Once you opt out, we will not pass your details to contractors for new referrals, and we will stop cross-context ad tracking tied to you. If you opt out, we may not be able to connect you with a contractor for your window project.

How to Opt Out

Use any of these methods:

1. Email info@windowreplacementlosangelesca.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and include your name and the phone number or email you used.
2. Call (424) 230-8336 and tell us you want to opt out.
3. Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser.

We will act on your request within 15 business days. You do not need to create an account, and we will not ask for more information than we need to find your records.

Authorized Agents

You can have an authorized agent submit an opt-out request for you. We may ask the agent for written permission signed by you.

Limit the Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers or precise geolocation, and we do not use any sensitive information to infer characteristics about you.

No Discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price or give you a lower quality of service because you used your privacy rights.
