Privacy Policy
In effect from: October 3, 2026
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PaneRight LA (“we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit https://windowreplacementlosangelesca.com/ (the “Site”), call a phone number shown on the Site, or send us a form. It also explains the privacy rights California residents have and how to use them.
PaneRight LA is an advertising and referral service. We connect homeowners, landlords and businesses with independent window contractors. We don’t install windows, and the contractors you’re connected with are separate businesses with their own privacy practices.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
When you fill out a form, call, text or email us, we may collect:
| Category | Examples |

| Consent records | The date, time and wording of the consent you gave |
We don’t ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or other sensitive personal information on the Site. Please don’t send them.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Device and browser data | IP address, browser type, device type, operating system |
| Usage data | Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, the page that sent you to us |
| Approximate location | City or region based on IP address |
| Advertising and campaign data | Ad clicks, campaign tags (UTM codes), call tracking data |
We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar tools. See Section 6.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with an independent local window contractor who serves your area.
- To route and track phone calls and forms, including matching calls to the page or ad that led to them.
- To reply to your questions and send the information you asked for.
- To keep records of your consent to be contacted.
- To run, maintain and improve the Site, including fixing errors and measuring which pages help visitors.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To prevent fraud, spam and misuse of the Site.
- To follow the law and respond to legal requests.
3. How We Share Your Information
| Who we share with | What we share | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Independent window contractors and lead buyers | Your name, contact details, location, project details, photos and call | So they can contact you and quote your project |
| Call tracking and phone service providers | Phone number, call recordings, call data | To route, record and track calls |
| Form, hosting and email providers | Form entries and messages | To run the Site and send messages |
| Analytics and advertising providers, such as Google | Device, usage and campaign data | To measure traffic and ads |
| Government or legal parties | Information the law requires | To follow laws, court orders or legal requests |
| A buyer of our business | Information tied to the Site | If the Site or business is sold or merged |
Contractors are paid-for partners. When we pass your contact and project details to a contractor or lead buyer, they may pay us for it. Under California law, this can count as a “sale” of personal information. See Section 5 for your right to opt out.
Contractors you’re connected with use your information under their own privacy policies. We’re not responsible for their practices.
4. Calls, Recordings and Text Messages
Calls to phone numbers on the Site may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and records. By staying on the call, you agree to the recording. Your call may be forwarded to an independent contractor or a call routing partner.
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that PaneRight LA and independent contractors may contact you by phone, text or email, including by automated means. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing info@windowreplacementlosangelesca.com.
5. Your California Privacy Rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), gives you these rights:

| Right to limit use of sensitive information | We don’t collect sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right |
| Right to non-discrimination | We won’t deny service or treat you differently for using your rights |
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link at the bottom of every page, email info@windowreplacementlosangelesca.com with the subject “Do Not Sell,” or call (424) 230-8336. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out request for that browser.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies, pixels and similar tools to run the Site, count visits, remember settings and measure ads. These may include Google Analytics, Google Ads and call tracking tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work well without them.
You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on and adjust ad settings in your Google account.
How We Respond to Do Not Track

We delete or de-identify information when we no longer need it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected accounts and limited access to lead data. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is for adults and isn’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we don’t sell or share it. If you believe a child sent us information, email info@windowreplacementlosangelesca.com and we’ll delete it.
10. Links to Other Websites
The Site links to outside websites, such as government agencies, manufacturers and cost sources. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
